- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup raspberries
- 12 strawberries (hulled and halved if fresh)
- 1/4 cup cranberries

Instructions
- In blender, combine pineapple juice, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries and ice cubes. Process as directed until smooth.
- Tip: Strawberries and raspberries vary in sweetness, depending upon the variety and/or growing conditions. Pineapple juice is a natural sweetener, but after blending taste for yourself and add honey, in 1 –tsp (5 mL.) increments, until this drink is sweet enough for you.
