Peach Melba Smoothie
Peaches and raspberries - two fruity favorites. Enjoyed in this delicious smoothie, its hard to remember that it's good for you too!

Instructions
  1. Put the peach or mango flesh in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Rinse out the food processor or blender, blend the raspberries to make a pure'e, and set aside.
  3. Stir the custard and milk together until smooth and of pouring consistency, then set aside.
  4. Spoon alternate layers of peach or mango pure'e, raspberry pure'e and custard into a glass, decorate with fresh raspberries and serve immediately,
