Ingredients

pear nectar or apple juice
1/4
cup
applesauce

pears,
peeled, cored and chopped

ripe banana,
peeled and chopped
1/2

chopped fresh fennel
1/4
tsp
ground licorice* (optional)
Instructions
In blender, combine pear nectar, applesauce, pears, banana, fennel, and licorice (if using). Process as directed until smooth.
*Avoid licorice if you have high blood pressure. The prolonged use of licorice is not recommended under any circumstances.
