plain soy milk

pitted prunes, chopped

ripe banana,
peeled and chopped
Instructions
In blender, combine soy milk, prunes and banana. Process as directed until smooth.
Tip: Although many of the recipes call for plain soy milk, some flavored soy milks work equally well in fruit smoothies. Feel free to substitute your favorite flavor.
