- 1/2 cup fresh elderberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

- In blender, combine raspberry juice, lemon juice, elderberries, strawberries and raspberries. Process as directed until smooth.
- Tip: You can use fresh and frozen fruit interchangeably in most smoothies, although the results will differ. Frozen fruit not only chills a smoothie, it also makes it thicker.
