- 1-1/2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 2 fresh bananas frozen and sliced
- 1 cup crumbled sandwich cookies (about 10)

- Combine the frozen yogurt and milk in a blender. Add the bananas and blend until smooth. Add the cookies and blend just until mixed.
- Bananas: Freeze several bananas at one time for quick use later. Peel, place in a plastic bag, and freeze. Slice when ready to use. Prep time for 1 pound: 2 to 3 minutes.
