- 4 cups watermelon can be frozen
- 1 cup lowfat yogurt unflavored
- 1 banana small
- white sugar to taste

- Combine the watermelon chunks, chopped banana, sugar and yogurt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Test the taste and add sugar if needed.
- Pour into glasses.
- Refrigerate the leftovers if there is any.
