Peaches and raspberries - two fruity favorites. Enjoyed in this delicious smoothie, its hard to remember that it's good for you too!

- 1 large peach, stoned or 1/2 small mango, stoned and peeled 2/3
- 2/3 cup raspberries, plus extra to decorate
- 75 ml vanilla custard
- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions
- Put the peach or mango flesh in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
- Rinse out the food processor or blender, blend the raspberries to make a pure'e, and set aside.
- Stir the custard and milk together until smooth and of pouring consistency, then set aside.
- Spoon alternate layers of peach or mango pure'e, raspberry pure'e and custard into a glass, decorate with fresh raspberries and serve immediately,
